Just wanted to say hey to everyone.

My name is Anthony, and I live in NW Florida. I am currently working on my 1989 240 SX. First just to get it running I am swapping in a 1995 KA24DE. Later I am aiming for working on the suspension and power output, possibly another engine swap. The possibilities are endless! Whatever engine I end up with I do know that I want hi-comp, cams and carbs.

Anyhow, thats all I got got for now.

lol, hate to drum up such an old post, but things have changed, and I havent posted here in a while.

The car I mentioned above? Gone. It got its twin cam swap, then I sold that and put an RB25 in that I never finished. I then sold the car and the engine swap for a song + another KA24DE. My new car is a 1992 240SX SE. I am currently in the process of gathering parts for a KA-t build. It should be fun. Im not going to go too over board with the boost on the engine thats in it(close to 190k, and Im not sure how strong it really is...), and Im planning on building up another engine in my spare time so I can crank the boost up eventually.

 

haha its awesome you've come back after so long. I was about to jump on somebody for bumping such an old thread too.

 

i'm curious about your bartering, surly there is a story behind this.

 

lol, I sold the engine for roughly a little over half of what it was really worth + the guy threw in a twincam KA. Its all part of a plan, trust me. The money has been used to secure my KA-t parts.
