I rescued a 240!

My first post..

Thought i'd just pop in and say hi..

got me a 1990 240sx-se, that had been wrecked, and the guy couldn't repair it, but had all the parts, so i just took it off his hand.

I also have a turbo manifold for this engine, and some Mitsubishi 9b turbos, small I know, but I don't plan on going past 10psi, these turbos will hold that from lower rpms..

weeee..

this will be the third car i've turbo'd, fourth turbo car i've owned..

i love turbo's

Pictures here

Doesn't look like there was some bad damage. Looks good and nice mileage

well the rocker panel, and the part where the door hinges attatch to were damaged, so the door doesn't sit on the correctly..

that's going to be the hardest thing to fix.

But yeah, thanks, i hope it'll be a fun car to drive around..

it smokes alittle, so I'm thinking valves or piston rings aren't seated correctly / worn.. all in due time i'll figure it out..

um, not sure where you get that i'm a ford fan, just that an escort happens to be infront of my car..

that's not my car...

and i hate ford..

what should you do with a focus? get a real car? Sorry if that's mean... but come-on, it's a ford.
