Is there supposed to be an interior panel on the underside of the driver side ? I'm referring to the area above the pedals. It looks like there should be some sort of panel there but I don't see one in my car. It looks like there are spots for a panel to seal off the area right after the hood opening switch.

 

Right after the hood latch? No. BEFORE the hood latch, yes. When doing my alarm I also thought I was missing a peice for a second when I was putting it back together, but theres nothing there.
