Talking My first 240 (pics inside)

I picked up my first 240SX and first Nissan yesterday for a whopping $1,100. Luckily there were a few mods done to the car when I picked it up. I've read a few of the easy how-to's on here and already did the brown wire sleepy eye mod. It has sorta high mileage but I know the motors are pretty good so i'm not too worried. Below are some pics of the good and the bad.

Outside shot with sleepy eyes!!!

Motor(dirty) with Injen intake (filter is off for cleaning) and Hotshot?? header.

Crappy system.

Another pic of the system...

Apexi Dual N1 Catback...

Nice dent which I believe I can get out pretty easily...

Teh cancer holes!!! Anyone gotta hatch for sale???

The radio is pretty sweet... I'm glad this came with the car.

Like I said I hope these motors are reliable as people claim.

Feel free to comment... Thanks for looking.

Thanks man. IDK it's just a little loud for my taste but I think I may have an exhaust leak so maybe that's what's making all the fuss. It may grow on me too, ya never know. I'm just worried about the rust for now and getting some maint. done.

Hey man, try a plunger on that dent. You're lucky, it's not crinkled. Welcome BTW.

PS your left turn signal is broken!

That's a pretty good idea . I was actually gonna use a hammer and dolly and hammer it from the inside out. I know the signals broken ... still trying to decide on what signals... smoke, clear, OE. I just ordered a set of glass headlight housings and will be adding real HID's soon as well (i'll probably do a how to with pics if there isn't one already). I'm also getting a hatch I found from a salvage yard for $125.00. The only problem is it's blue and will have to be painted. It doesn't come with a spoiler but i'll be looking for one. Any suggestions on something that looks sorta like the OEM one?

PS- I see this turning into a journal.

I checked the FSM but couldn't really find a good pic of the 200 and the 200V. Is there a visual difference? Fins vs. no fins? Man I hope it's the VLSD.

Yeah man DO NOT use a hammer before trying suction from the outside first. Its a pain in the *** to get back there and if you suck it out it shouldnt have to be painted. Do the Origin spoiler.

Is there a good company that makes a OE style spoiler but not out of rubber?
