Hey all I'm finally ready to start my 240 project. I've never worked on a 240 before, but have had many hondas & most recently a 3 series BMW. There is local shop that I can go to for help along the way when I need it. My question is are there any common problems I should keep an eye out for while shopping? I plan on swapping an sr20, so the motor/tranny aren't a huge concern. It's mainly body/chassis I'm concerned about. Does this generation 240 tend to rust in any places in particular? Any things I should check under the car besides the obvious bent parts? I plan on driving the car everyday even though I do still have my hoopty ('88 caddy) for the bad weather. And when I can't the project done in time to go to work on monday. I still have the bimmer but I plan on selling it to help finance the project. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
