Welcome to the forums
When i started building my Ka24de i started with a clutch and flywheel to get some holding power, then moved onto susp. for some bite, then once she was ready i put my intake and full exhaust on her. She runs great for only 110*** miles and she is still getting some more odds and ends. Good luck with your 240.
