Welcome to the forums. You can start with some suspension mods(IE, Tires, brake pads and fluid, springs and shocks, etc.)

Welcome to the forums When i started building my Ka24de i started with a clutch and flywheel to get some holding power, then moved onto susp. for some bite, then once she was ready i put my intake and full exhaust on her. She runs great for only 110*** miles and she is still getting some more odds and ends. Good luck with your 240.

Welcome. For power a intake is pretty basic. Can sometimes add 7hp or so.
