Hey everyone! My name is Paul and I'm representin Chicago. I recently purchased a 96 s14 from a private seller. As everyone already knows, buying a used car is usually involves inheriting the previous owner's problems. So now I'm still in the middle of gettin my ride back in top form so I can get it ready for the major overhaul in the springtime (paint job, kouki conversion, interior work, etc).

Also, on the side, I'm workin on another project which should take about a year and half to complete. If anybody can recommend some retail sites to purchase excellent parts for my ride, that would be greatly appreciated. Well, until then, hope to be a long-time member of this forum and look forward to establishin a better presence of the forum in the Chicagoland area.

P.S. Anyone in the Chi-town area who wants to meet up, let me kno. I'm usually up for meets and I sometimes hang out at the Streets of Woodfield with members from JGTCA and ClubCivic.

im 60 miles west of chicago...theres a few on here. theres also a chicago land map with all of us on it.
get a hold of GARIK on here, hes in charge of it. also clubfr.net has a lot of chicago people on it

 

i used to live in chicago, i moved to california about 5 years ago and miss the GYROS!!!! and jays potato chips i lived in jefferson park, about half a mile from the brickyard mall, i love chicago!!!
