New guy here.

What's going on? My name is Jack, I live in central California, Hanford to be exact. I drive a 93 240sx hatch. I also drive a few Honda Prelude's. 91, 93 vtec, and an 01. So yea... any questions, just ask. Not really to good about "bragging." Anyways, I was reffered to this sight indirectly by a post that Dave had made on a different forum, so here to learn, and hopefully help others.

Some pics, for those of you that will request them anyways.

Yea Dave. I saw you mentioned this sight in the other forum, so I checked it out, liked what I saw... signed up...

Well, Hanford has put in a super walmart now, target, decent sized outlet mall, a new boston pizza, and now were getting a lowes. Stop lights everywhere now.

Well... the purpose of this forum being brought up in another forum, was simple. Dave was mentioning sights that would benefit more to a 240sx owner more so then a wider range of a car forum. He was simply pointing out other places that would help people.

The purpose of my car is going to be drifting, yes. It is my first RWD car, so no, I don't know how to drift. Mentally I have the basics down, physically, No idea. We all know theory's don't always add up... but that's what practice is for. It needs a bit of work before I will be ready to put her sideways, or all the way around once or twice. The suspension is good, welded rear diff. But I need to weld a few things on it as soon as I get my welder, and I am changing out the clutch. It started slipping... so it goes nowhere fast. Saving pennies to get it up to par. Then I will be saving more money, buying turbo parts here and there. I want to get an sr20det (over played, bandwagon... yada yada yada... I don't care. I like em.) and build it up. So hopefully I will have the motor this year, break it down, build it up and have it in in 2010. I want to run 450hp to the ground daily driver. I know I don't need a lot of work to do this, as the engine is pretty bullet proof as is, but I like a piece of mind knowing what specifically is in my motor. Needs to be reliable. My 93 VTEC prelude doesn't quite look the greatest, but I have close to $15,000 in that car already, and it is an amazing auto-x car. So just... an idea of my future plans. Just gotta stick to the roman noodles and mac-n-cheese.
