I have wanted one for 3 years now and i got it a 95 240sx. mods on it are intake exhaist stage 1 clutch, d2 coilovers and some really nice staggered wheels 18x8 in fornt 18x9.5 in back 3.5 inch lip. it has a KA in it and i will probably keep the KA big fan. anything i could do for a decent price next before i turbo since that will be a summertime thing.

as for the Ka goes. save for internals now. that way it'll be turbo ready in the summertime.

$75 eBay underdrive pulley, $50 MSD Ignition Coil and bigger plug wires.

 

here it is have some 3.5 inch lip rims just saving for tires.

Im fairly new myself and I know exactly how you feel. It took me about 3 years to find a 240 also...finally I found one about 6 hours from me and I had to just go buy it hahaha.

You got a little luckier with an s14 though
