yea just bought a 240 with a ka motor just intell i can swap for a sr-20 yea any thing i need to know about rebuilding a ka motor we have to put the whole top end back on......................i got it for 600 so not to bad every thing els is in good condition except for under battery trey only part thats rusted .....help me out ........

well if you need as a daily driver, sometimes swapping in a different KA is easier.

cut out the rust and weld in sheetmetal, check over the chassis for hidden rust spots too... GL

welcome to the forums, i would jump into sr swap either. look around for ka info or other motors. sr is a great motor but ppl jump onto them when new. later you might wish that you kept that old ka.

KA's are fun. Just overridden by the appeal of turbocharging. Honestly, do you really need a turbocharged car for daily driving? Oh who am I kidding, I would in a heartbeat.

My single slammer is still fun though.
