Sorry for bumping but...I found a guy who has a whole 5 speed swap in NJ. for 375. Do i need to do the ECU as well?

ecu isn't necessary IIRC
And there's no emissions testing here in richmond, even if there was I have a few friends/uncles that can pass me =)

thanks and yeah same my dad owns a shop and my uncle owns a preformance shop. and they all got friends too. haha. whats IIRC mean?
