unless your planning on doing some sort of forced induction. bigger exhaust on a tiny 4cyl will do nothing but loose power and be loud and obnoxious.

why would moving up to 2 1/2 make it loud and obnoxious?

something like 3" i would agree with.

i just would enjoy a little sound, plus im going to plum it myself and buy a aftermarket muffle and straight pipe though the cat. any suggestion, my old car i had a Apexi N1 and i love its deep throaty sound. ive thought about something like magnaflow.

as well as headers.

i have not seen one on this site yet, is there a DIY on a cold air intake?
