Potential 240sx Owner.

I have the opprotunity to get a 90 or 91 (not sure of the year) 240sx for $800.

Couple of problems with it...

1. Only one of the headlights come up..but both work. Minor problem but would like to take care of it.

2. Crack in the windshield. Easy enough to take care of.

3. Needs heater core replaced. Now I have no idea how labor intensive this job would be. Anyone have any experience on replacing one of these?

I will be using this car as a winter car so I don't have to drive my SRT-4 again in the winter.

Thanks for all the inputs.

since none of the post ****** even bother reading the first message and are just concerned about getting their post count up because they think it makes them cool or something...

I'm gonna answer your questions.

1. headlight = easy to fix
2. windshield = shouldn't cost more than $100 for a new one
3. heater core = you'd have to pull the dash out to access it since it sits behind the radio area.

BTW a major difference between a 90 and a 91 is SOHC vs. DOHC.
