Thumbs up So what do you guys think about 240's?

Sup boyz,

First off I'm not a Car Newb.
I own a DSM and It runs like a champ.

I'm gonna sell the DSM cause My girl wants an Eclipse Spyder GS-T and I'll be stuck without a car a LOT of the time. She drives better than me :-)

My neighbour (i'm Canadian) is selling his 90 240SX Coupe.So I guess it's an S13.
Original owner, enigine, etc.
It has about 118 000 KMS

Here are my real questions.

Is there any spots where I should look for rust on the car? I know most Nissans are notorious for that.

I'm planning on an engine swap after i'm REALLY USED TO THE CAR. I'm pushing about 350 WHP on my DSM - no speed limiter (will be the same on convertible) so I'm in no rush for power. This will be my first time owning a RWD vehicle.

Are the electronics pretty good on the car? IE is there problems with a particular sensor?

Can I check to see if it comes stock with an LSD? ( I'm presuming North American cars did not)

Feel free to add anything important that I might have missed.

Hopefully I'll be more involved and own it soon.

Get back to me with your comments

Cheers

Raf

there is a very well written thread on the questions you just asked.
So the first thing you should do before posting again is to search the forum, then read all the stickies in each section.

P.S. welcome to the board.

Thanks, I found a bit of info on the LSD. I ask cause on DSM's there is a sticker inside the car to tell you if it has an lsd or not.

I'm still up in the air on the other issues.

PS- sorry about the other double post

Welcome. I guess smokie's got everything covered.

Coming from the DSM world (and owning a 2G), I'm sure you're familiar with this phrase:

Got crankwalk?
