1984 BMW 318i (E30) 5 speed 4 cylinder
*Power steering delete, AC delete, "lightened trunk lid"
*Used ICV
*Used starter-$40
*Custom exhaust
*Eibach pro kit springs- $160
*Custom center console
New:
-head milled- $35
-headgasket- $90
-intake gaskets- (in the head gasket set)
-gasket for water inlet on the head- (in the headgasket set)
-clutch disc- $20(?) +/- a few dollars
-spark plugs- $10
-rotor button- $4
-dist. cap- $10
-rear wheel cylinder- $20
-brake pads/shoes- $30(?) +/- few dollars
-clutch slave cylinder- $60
-Fuel pressure regulator- $60
-throttle cable- $17
Painted:
-silver front lip
-black/silver rims
-shadowlined
-buttom of the body to silver
-under backseat(removed tar)
-bumpers
**Flaws:
-Needs right rear wheel bearing
-Windshield wipers don't work, most likely a bad switch
-Some bad body work on the front fenders/paint dull or cracked in some places
-Rust behind the left rear wheel
-Rust in the center of the driverside floor board
-Radio looks to be wired up incorrectly by the PO
-Odometer doesn't work (surprise? reads 152k though )
-Tires have tread but are a little dried out
-Crack in the block around a center head bolt(no leaks at all) and the head has a little crack(no problems either)
-Uses a little oil, NO leaks though
$1500 or trade for 90-up 240sx
