Howdy all! I currently reside in Nothern Kentucky, the heart of the Ohio Valley.
I've got cash in hand and I'm looking to spend no more than 5.5-6k.

My only real prerequisites are:

Nothing newer than 1995.
Must be totally drivable/legal/roadworthy.
Must be able to come see and drive the car, so I don't want to travel too far.

Primered or painted, stock or modded, doesn't matter. I just need to be able to drive it everyday and slowly mod it.

Heck, if I drive 200 miles to the car and buy it, I intend on driving it back home. I may even fly in and drive out if possible.
