Here's a pic showing how well our light gray (piping, in this example) matches aluminum *****, inserts, etc. This is brushed aluminum so it appears a bit darker than our leather. For non-brushed, the match is near perfect:



and a nice sample of quadruple thread:




As you see our silver thread will also match alunimum very well. The outside thread is tan.

I'll be ordering a new boot in a week or two because my friend burnt mine with a cig...they are looking good as usual

 

I ordered the shift boot and the e-brake boot for my s14 about 2 weeks ago and recieved them yesterday. I have to say these are the nicest boots I have ever seen on any car. The installation is a bit tricky but the fitment of the boots is perfect. The boots are well worth the price and since they are leather they will last a lot longer than the stock vinyl that was falling apart on my car. I will probably be ording the center counsel lid cover next.
