I need a front left (universal I think but just to be sure) spindle/hub (I don't know exact name but the thing on the axle where the lug nuts bolt to, mine has a snapped off bolt and a stripped thread) for a 91 240sx ASAP. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

 

You can replace the bolt that is broken or snapped off. Try your local parts store and have someone press it in for you.
