Floor Bars

I installed a floor bar today and man what a difference it makes in chassis strengthening. I had one in for a couple of months before but when it came in it was missing the side braces so in order to make it fit I used washers to brace it on the sides of the car...big mistake. When I got the new one I installed it with the correct braces screwed into the floor pan where the lap belt mounts go and man what a difference. It eliminated the noises that I normally hear from the chassis when driving...I was amazed at the difference and I can feel the tighter chassis while driving also. It's not a Do-Luck but what a great and cheap mod.

It was a knock-off. Before buying one I searched far and wide and found that there was no middle ground on floor bars for the S13. You can get the brand name Do-Luck for $325 or the much cheaper knock-offs for $20. I got the knock-off but it does it's job exceptionally! Try this link on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NISSA...QQcmdZViewItem

Yeah, make sure you get the side braces. The first seller screwed me on that deal. In whole, the box should have six pieces....the connector, two bars with screws on the ends, the two side braces and a wrench.
