HKS Hi-Power Exhaust

Hey guys ive been reading up on all the threads in here about exhaust and no one has really mentioned the HKS hi power exhaust system . I was really considering getting this for my car because "I Hear" that the piping is only 60mm as apposed to most witch are 80mm. Just wondering what anyone has to say about this exhaust as far as looks, power, and price.Peace

the hi power is an awsome exh. i think it is only availible in 60mm piping on the s13. i have heard rumors that it "backfires", sounds pretty cool huh.

IMO, its a nice-*** exhaust. had it on my 89 fb. the fit and finish was beautiful. it had a lot of nice touches to it, like the embossed logo on the tip, angled exit (angled just right too, not too much, but if your behind the car...damn it looked nice). had nice sound, not too loud, but i would say louder than most exhausts. good rough throaty tone coming from the 2.4 as silviaks2nr stated, it very often backfire upon deceleration. i personally loved it, but its different preferences. read that an anniversairy hi-power came out, dunno what that's about. might be worth cheking out.

only gripe: hangs WAY too low

btw, got mine from enjuku racing a while back ago...
