well my friend said that hes gonna get a new car cuz his cars been effin up, he has a 94 volvo turbo, when he took the car to get checked out the mechanic said the turbo would have to be replaced, i talked ot him about gettin the turbo and accessories

think it would work out well if i got the turbo rebuilt and used the intercooler and stuff? and which parts exactly would i need from the volvo?

just a general thing here. most euros use triple k turbos aka warners. just pull up one of those turbo effeciency tables and plug in your engine size and you should be able to pick out a decent flowing turbo. even if you just go off the shelf turbo or even slightly used stock turbo you can get a flange cut off(if the new turbos flange does not match the manifolds flange) and welded. if thats too much trouble for an oder volvo (i assume it is) just drive it down to a junkyard and pull the turbo off a car with lower miles. besides those older t-charged volvo engines are BULLET PROOF (240's 242's 940's 740's etc.)
hope this helps.
