So I need to know whether I should get rid of the seams where my bodykit meets my car with BONDO. ex. front bumper meets fender, side skirts. etc. What is best for that? If anyone has done that, has it cracked or broken on you??? I'm basically trying to fill a 1/4 to 1/8 inch gap.... please help. thanks

 

So your looking to mold the kit onto the car? If so, I'd steer clear of doing so. Sucks if you have to take off any of the body parts down the line, then you have to break the filler and **** up your paint and everything...

 

molded is ghey. what wrong with keeping it the way it is?

 

yeah to fill gaps you neet to use fiberglass before the bondo

 

to do a proper mold its several steps, and as S13 240 said, if you have to remove the bumper, etc. it would be such a headache.

it just looks cleaner like the parts are suppose to be for the car. But yeah that would suck to have to replace any parts. Thanks everybody.

Molding it will look awesome if its a show car only. And Bondo is a no no. If this is you street, race or drift car its going to break. Just leave it as it is, just get a nice paint job on it.
