Try www.********** and look in the Exterior specials.. I think that may be the kit you speak of. It is in the states and it will cost ALOT. Yet iit IS a complete and not just fiber slop, like many others.

Did you look on Ebay?
There is a kit which is thin layer fiberglass for the front and rear fenders of the 240sx. It is shipped from Japan and a couple places sell knockoffs also. Just be carefull. As you know, without strong bonding, fiber panels will start warping and loose shape.
