I (Temp)fixed my Strut tower

Warning: If you have an weak stomach for rust and grease you may wanna click the X in you top right hand corner and hide any children.

well the night started at 9pm on Friday Dec 5 and ended Saturday 2am Dec 6. this is not an DIY im just showing pics of the process and aftermath. Ill be cleaning,treating and repainting the rust tomorrow along with all the grease. I drove the car around, it feels great no pulling to the right anymore and my wheel is back to center

if you havent seen my car befor here are some befor pictures of damage




Now for the pics

since i took it all apart notice after 6 1/2 months of use no oil blow by, the dirt u see was from me touching it.

just drive it to work on base. collect checks and search for an coupe. the issue that was starting to happen was, my wheel was beginning to rub bad and my ride hieight was screwed.


if any one see's an coupe shell for under 1000 pm me please.

Looked this thread up to help a current member...while scrolling, I couldn't believe my car looked like such trash back then.

recent shots for those who have not seen the latest as of 2008 ( car is in storage, I live in Japan now)

same car with new panels and a rattle job.
