there should have been no wiring involved. mine cranked right up. i just had to wire in a N60 MAF in order for it to stay running.

i found a new place that tunes/chips ecus for alot less than an emanage piggyback or jwt and enthalpy tune... so i will be going a different route now. until then it will just sit.

ps: nominate me for ride of the month to help motivate me to finish up

It's alive!!!!!
idle video will be up shortly
runs but not that great. e-manage is not the way to go... too few people run them on ka's so its a little tricky to get timing/wiring/fuel maps and info. full ecu tune in the near future

please disregard the ghetto bov recirc and pcv

what type of spark plug wires are you running? Is it the NGK NX13's? And also what type of spark plugs are your running?

P.S. did you have to remove the big black crash bumper under the stock front bumper to make the intercooler work?

thanks guys. i wont be able to mount them for a few weeks probably living 3hrs away from your car kinda puts a damper on things. i still need to resolve the timing issue. also my power steering problem (not sure if i mentioned it) is probably a bubble in the line... I probably pumped some air in the system when the belt was changed. I will bump the thread when i have an update again.
