lambo doors

lambo doors

does anybody know how to make hinges for lambo doors? Cause i dont feel like spending 2 grand on a pair of hinges

ask a welding shop they should be able to tell u what needs to be done and how much it will run you

i think the lambo doors are more than just hinges man. theres a shock that pushes the door open and holds it up and its motorized i believe...I dont think it would be very fun to have lambo doors without something to hold them up.

i think lambo doors on a 240sx would be the dumbess thing ever!!! just my opinion though. they sell kits on ebay.

I think they would look good - mostly because there is no frame on the door above the glass (s 14). With the windows down i think it would look great but ive never seen it done before so its hard to tell.

yeah, also the latch is mounted differently because it is coming from the top not the side

Yea if you ever find out about the lambo door. Please let me know as well.. i think it would looks sweet. I believe it can be done without the frame around the window.

sorry to tell you but MurdarioStomp is right you have to reifores the door frame, remeber that the car is a unibody, hinges, power lift ect. pay the money or find a welder, a good welder some people say they can weld but they cant, get real buddy buddy lol sorry man spend the money on some supension or something trust me

maybe it's just me, but Lambo doors... don't they go straight up on a real Lamborghini? Not the "open door sideways a few inches, then push up" action?
