New tires! Again.
Hell yeah man, that'll look sweet! As for the fenders, ROLL DEM BEEZIES UP!!! Don't use a mallet man...wayy too ghetto, use an actual purpose built fender roller and a heat gun for the paint. Unless you want giant chips of paint flying off....
hammer makes it look completely factory from the outside, no waves, no paint chips, no crazy dent above the fender well...
it's best to roll the fenders with a hammer and get them really even before you do the pull. heat gun probably helps with chipping, i don't know though i've never pulled fenders with a puller

i'm usually all for using tools on hand to the job done but i would not use a hammer and mallet. the pipe not that's a different story.

FÜtwerks!
Got 'em mounted, balanced, bolted on. DAMN glad I did this now instead of later.
First off I took these rims and tires to a local shop that I knew didn't use crow bars to mount and unmount tires. Either the guy doing the work was really hating mounting and balancing all season tires on minivans, or he was into racing his personal vehicle. They were very excited to mount and balance my tires. They even went with sticky weights instead of the ones that mount on the lip of the rim to keep from scratching them up. Helped me load them, told me to go home and clean off near the edges and and commented on how aggressive they were. I was really surprised at the service. On top of that, they only charged me $40 to mount and balance all 4 tires. I'm going back tomorrow and telling their manager/boss how well I was treated. I don't know what I'm telling you guys all that I just thought it was cool.
You guys may also know I have been fighting a bad steering wheel vibration since I did my 5 lug and z32 brakes. I suspected it was a bad rim; today my assumption was proved to be accurate. Once I mounted the rims to my car and took it for a drive no vibration above 60 mph like before. I took it up to 100 quickly just to see how well balanced they were at that speed and I'm pleased to say I felt no steering wheel feedback. The car is finally a joy to drive!
I def. need to get it lowered as I look like a monster truck.
These tires compared to Azenis are significantly stickier (to be expected from an R compound tire). This rim and tire combo is also lighter than my z32 rims and Azenis combo. I can actually feel the weight savings in the steering wheel when I turn at low speeds.
Overall I'm very pleased I did this sooner than later. Fixing that steering wheel vibration is a huge load off my mind.

Mounted up:

Old VS New. Even though the tire size is the same, the A048s are still wider. Hard to see that in the picture:

I'm not too Vato:

Only picture where it doesn't look too much like a monster truck:

My only half way decent picture:

Next up? The annual washing. I need to get off my lazy *** and actually wash this car. Last time it was washed was 05.07.
Cars parts next up to be purchased are FMIC and an electronic booster controller. This winter will be my suspension build.
I combined all the pictures in to one single gallery. It can be found here:

Thanks for looking.
