painting plastic

I have a quick question. I need to repaint the front bumper on my 240. It is a stock aftermarket bumper made from abs plastic. I have painted it once, but the paint chipped off. What can I use to properly prep the bumper for paint so it will stay?

Sand it well. Make sure you get primer that is made to be used on non-metal surfaces.
