Question about the JDM half amber half clear bumper lights..

Im getting these, but i just wanna know if i gotta splice and cut wires and stuff ( I think i will have to since its a signal and regular light ) but if i do i just wanna know if anyone has a wire diagram or something on how to use it.

Plug and play. But if you want to make a easy task hard, you can spice if you want.
