what extra parts would i need to bolt everything up for a s14 to s15 conversion other than the fenders hood head lights and bumper??

That should be all that you need...but for the s13 you need support brackets i believe

s15 radiator support, unless you feel like cutting your stock s14 support to make clearance for the headlights.

S15 bumper support, if you decide to use a genuine OEM Nissan s15 bumper.
