s15 install

not a very good how to, but jus some quickpics i snaped along the way. The radiator support needs to be cut like so, to fit the s15 headlights.

oh dude~!! if you dont mind me aksin.. hah! did i say 'aksin'?? well n/e waize.. where did you get that add on part for the cold air intake that goes down to the bumper of the car?? ive been hella lookin fer one and i could never find it!! i need it for a 95 240sx.. i really.. REALLY want one

the s15 bumper wont fit with the s14 bumper support still attatched remove the four 14mm bolts behind it to remove

use the stock top bolt location, but cut a notch in the mountning point for the s15 headlights. kinda small on pic sorry. BTW thats my boy thats helping me, he cant help but touch my headlights!!

i highly recomend using the JDM s15 top reinforcment bar to mount the bumper. The reinforcment bar bolts up to the inside of the headlights and on the sides. NOTE the fenders are not bolted up yet, they're jus sitting there.

Looks pretty easy, hw long did it take you? And was that hood used? Looks good so far.

yeah, it sux every time i drive crazy, i remember the missing re-bar..lol

looking good man, i pretty much had to do the same thing.

how are those high quality GTP fenders workin for ya

yes, you HAVE TO remove the front bumper support to mount a FMIC. The mount for the IC actually goes on the mount where the hood latch is.

Yea i think the same thing. If i go fast i'm like "damn if i crash im done!!" Man i hate those $hitty *** GTP fenders!! What fenders did u use?

It took about six-eight hours, i could have gone faster but i kept tripple checking the fittment. It was like measure ten times then install once. The hood is brand new, what makes u think it's used?

i think in the 2nd pic, its showing your stock hood, and in the other one shows the cf hood.

what front bumper did you go with?

the hood ledge also had to be filed down to close the s15 hood properly.
