i can't believe this is the first time i've seen this tread, nice build indeed. what lawn mower battery (amps wise) is that exactly, and well is it holding up?

The battery is a 25dlls battery from Walmart. It is 350 Cranking amps, and 275 cold cranking amps.

Its been holding up very well. I don't expect it to last as long, but at the price I am going to buy a second one and keeping it in the trunk or something just in case.

I don't leave the lights on/ stereo on unless the car is running.

I haven't had any problems with it so far, but i'll keep you guys informed.

that's the same battery i've had my eye on for some time now. i've read that under ideal circumstances these batteries can last 15-20years or even more. i'm still waiting for my diehard to die so i can have an excuse to buy a mower battery, it's going on 9 years now.
