how much did you pay for the vlsd and does it bolt right up or does it need diferent axles

paied $200.00 shipped and its bolt on for s14 atleast not sure if s13 and s14 axels are the same

woo got my SR in and working but i goto say im not all that impressed but then again what more can i expect from a stock redtop wonder if ill feel a huge diff boosting at 14psi.

it does sound beautifull.... most beautifull sound ive ever heard.... well ya anyway heres some pics

btw does the redtop have a revlimiter? or whats the redline lol? i reved to 8000rpms and i stoped cause i didnt wana **** up the motor dunno the redline.

unless you have an JWT ecu or a stock ecu that has be chipped, you will not see 8k. stock redline at 7500 and sometimes the tach can be off depending on the condition of the gauge cluster

i got the stock usdm SE cluster still in there dunno the ecu might be modded the front clip did come with a HKS intake and some high performance clutch lol

yeah 8500rpm on a stock redtop with no valvetrain upgrades cant be accurate. I believe the redline is about 7500 Revs. The Tacho must be funky

also with the SR temp sensor was reading rly high but the accuall temp of the block was a steady 170 degrees. so i swapped the sensor with the KA one and its working fine

i need a hks filter insert cause the one i got is rly rly bad anyone know the normal price on those so i dont get ripped when i go buy one at dynamic turbo lol
