I'm more curious to see what the long-term effects of a lightweight crank pulley are. They are usually bad news really fast on a stock crank and bearings.

Myself, I would have sent out the crank, new pulley, and flywheel to check balance before installing...

Unless you are racing and tearing down every hundred hours or so, I wouldn't recommend a crank pully upgrade.

With the above said, if there is information that says that I am wrong, please share 'cause I'd really like to have this piece on my new engine.

hey guys just an update i put in my pullies today on my redtop sr. btw i opted to not do the crankshaft pulley untill i research more cause i dont wana **** up my DD lol.

any way the results are amazing better throttle responce in all rpm, low rpm tourqe increase and over all power increase im very satified with this upgrade the pullies are worth every penny imo

my only problem is that i had some trouble with the p/s pulley for right now i put the stock one back on and tomorrow when i have more time im gona figure it out.

and im pretty sure the crankshaft pulley would make the more dramatic over all power increase because it is the heaviest pulley so i rly wana put it on but i will research more.
