CF Hood, has some dings and uneven areas but not too bad. Keep in mind the car in the pic has a damaged front end and fenders.

I am no expert at CF but I would imagine that it would be very hard to get dents out.

my $0.02

When you say, "...fix this..." I'm assuming you're referring to the waves in the carbon fiber. Well, they're not dents, they're waves; they're created when laying the carbon fiber (or vacuum bagging it) and it just dries wavey. That or the surface\clear\resin\etc. is wavey due to poor sanding and buffing habits. From what I can tell, the hood is a knock off, as knock off's generally come very wavey and are just crap. When you look at the car, check under the hood and see if it's double sided carbon fiber, NOT carbon fiber layed over fiberglass. Anyhow, if you decide to buy it, the best solution (imo) would be to sand it with 1000 grit on a block sander, move up to 1500, move up to 2000, then buff. If it comes out wavey, or you just feel like painting it, you can fill the dents\prime and block sand it flat. It's entirely up to you, but that's my $0.02 =D. G'luck!
