if you didn't know...this is your code for the reply page....looks like for some reason someone inserted that 18 there for no reason...and thats why its on the top left of the reply page...delete it...and the 18 will go away as well

Yeah I looked into a while ago. The problem is that the 18 is not there! Its some error in coding from VB. The number is coming from the number of smilies!! hahaha..remember before it was less than 18..like 11. When I added more smilies the number went up in the reply page.
Strange..I'm just gonna upgrade to the latest version and that should fix the problem.
