Ok well I changed it to 65x65. I think thats the max I'll go. Plus smaller avatars look nicer 
As far as signatures, I disabled pics in signature because if everyone puts large pics in their sig then the poor people who still have dial-up connections will suffer.

Look in your user control panel.. the options are right there for any "poor dialup user" to select as he/she wishes..
