I wanna buy a S15 turbo but im on a tight budget i already completly rebuilt the motor so its basically brand new and ran out of money so i want a cheap turbo upgrade without buying a no name turbo i found this s15 TURBO is used but the compressor is scratchedwould this be a problem? Look and give me some advice please:

prolly not affect the performance, but why its scratched is more of the concern..

 

Yeah it def would run ok but I have no idea how he managed to get those scratches on the blades.
It does look to be in good shape though.
