SR swap help

Yo I just recently bought an SR from jdm miami and it should be here within a week or so. Since this is my first swap I just wanted to get some advice on what parts to get, what is a gimmick and basically the opinions of you guyz. Ive been on enjuku and scoped out their fmic kit from isis but i heard isis isnt a good brand but i dont know how true that is. My power goals are about tha 300-350ish range as much as i can make reliably and cost effectively without touching tha bottom end for rite now. I just want a well balanced ride thats quick and handles well. I would like to do as much as I can to tha motor before i put it in tha car.

so far i know i need:

fmic kit (some dont include the hotpipe)
BOV
Downpipe
Clutch & flywheel (dont need it but i would like to change those b4 da motor is in)
Walbro Fuel Pump
Some sort of intake kit
Boost Gauge
wideband
Electric Fans (since Im goin to get a koyo)
Radiator Hoses
Full 3in exhaust (ill use a test pipe to eliminate tha cat since i live tha USVI and theres no emissions)
thats all I can think of rite now

and btw I have $2500 to work with so any input would be greatly appreciated

well if you want 350hp, your gonna need a bigger turbo, bigger injectors, metal head gasket, rocker arm stoppers, engine management, strong *** clutch, one piece drive shaft, boost controller, oil pressure gauge, water temp, ect.... just stick to getting the motor in the car for now and worry about power later. your not going to get anywhere near 350 for $2500

Replace water pump, front and rear seals, clutch, valve cover gasket, and get some rocker arm stoppers. Check play on turbo to see if it needs a rebuild. Replace your exhaust manifold gasket and turbo gasket while your at it. Oil pans are sometimes messed up so think about that also. Get yourself a heater core kit. You will want to put this on the motor before installing it or you will be shooting yourself in the foot later. A belt kit is also a must.

If you have any more questions, I am on here frequently and have done a few SR swaps.

yeah dude im up to around 8000 for my swap including a kaaz 2.0 lsd , you dont need a one piece drive shaft but i would definitely, wide band ,water temp gauge and oil pressure ,boost gauge , But i also went big cause of issues i had so im got peak boost mani ,garret t3/t4 , tial wg , way much more. But get it in the car first , and work out your bugs then upgrade , a s13 sr20 can put down some 13 sec. 1/4 miles if driving right .on 7psi i seen it on drag times .And remeber if you cheap out you get what you pay for . i got a bad godsped wasdte gate and they luckly had 2 yr warranty , gave me my money back after i had it for 1 month, MY BOV IS A KNOCK OFF TYPE RS AND MAY LEAKING .so i dont even get to hit .6 bar im supposed to .

This is kinda a noob question and I have looked up the cars but what is the most popular car to use when ordering OEM parts for a SR I'm doing my swap next month and want to replace belts and hoses.
