the motor has probably changed to a rb26dett and the car is now a miata or something..

With all the "money" you "spent" on these parts you could have easily "bought" an LSx.

With a proper built engine, ported, the right cams and everything built to match the turbo, perhaps a GT28RS can make 400. I seriously doubt it will make 400whp though. Several people over here with extremely serious engine builds have problems reaching 400whp even with the GT2871. I don't know that much about turbos, but I wouldn't believe all the dyno sheets out there...

An S15 turbo is just a T28 with ball bearings. It will spool a little quicker, and perhaps make just a little over 300whp if the dyno is of the "kind" type. (Don't know the right word here, but I hope you understand what I mean).

Well, that's just my thoughts anyway.
