Question 240sx suspenion

Do u have to get new shocks to lower a 240 more than 3 inches
because i got lowering springs (1.8) and its not low enough...the stock struts will hit the bump stop.

First off, you should upgrade the shocks when installing any lowering springs...

Second, Im not sure of any springs that lower 3 inches...Unless of course you cut them, which isnt recommended...

you should look into coilovers if you can afford them...

Yep..there are no springs that will lower ur car more then 2" actually...so 3" is out of the picture. Look into buying sum coilovers if you really wanna be that low, or air bags. Why do you wanna go so low anyways?

Moved to suspension where it belongs.
a 3" drop would definately need to be done by coilovers, if possible.
And 95240sx, try and keep your flaming to a minimum please.

3 inches... on a 92. Well anyway you'd need coilovers (real ones, not Ebay specials) or airbags (er? why?) to do a drop that low, but if you don't do something with the rest of the suspension I'm betting your car will drive like.... duckpoo.
