9 inch rims and hicas?

hey people..

i was on nwn the other day and i saw a guy with 17x9 inch rims in the rear. i know 9's in the back will stick out a bit, but i was wondering if it would have any effects with the steering of hicas. i really like the appearance of the nine's in the back.. looks aggressive..

anyone with hicas have nine inch wide rims in the back? or anyone know if it would cause a prob with the steering?

duno if they would interfere with hicas, if nething they may rub or something do to the wheel slightly turning, but im not sure. You dont need 9's to have the flush look, just be safe and buy ??x8 +10 offset and youll be set

9j or wider is what i say.

your car is not the same as the other guys. every car is different, it depends on camber, height, tire size.

Most people screw the hicas anyways so do the same thing. It's just a worthless system for the most part.

I like the hicas. i LOVE driving on curvy roads. If youre ever in vancouver bc, drive to whistler on the sea to sky highway and you'll understand. just makes whipping around corners so fun, and with pretty good control.. and tires that need to be replaced.

imo overall, hicas is kinda neat. but if youre into drifting, then i can agree that then it is pointless.
