anybody know the best coilovers for under 1,000

The Apex'is are expensive..but probably well worth it. I know the apex'i FD Uses them and he was doing real well out in D1 so they must be good? Tein has higher end products that go into the 2 grand area. Those will equal or even be better then the Apex'i..But i dont know much on the Apex'i set up.
