Brakes click, what does this mean?

Whenever I am just leaving my house and I am slowly applying some braking going down hill my brakes make a clicking noise. Only when I am lightly braking, when I push them hard it shuts up. Plus it only happens in the rear brakes, I can only clearly hear my left rear brakes(for obvious reasons) so IDK for sure yet if its my right rears also. I was thinking it might be just worn brakes pads? Yet its not a squeel yet a click...

anyone got an idea?
