okay.. it sounds like metal or some ish rubbing together when i move from a complete stop.. like i hear metal rubbing together.. or thats what it sounds like.. any ideas??

 

most likely it's one of your calipers is stuck, causing that noise. Take them off and check them out, let us know.

Weird thing happened today... we were changing brake pads on my friend's 91 HB and the front right caliper was stuck. The upper bolt that the caliper rides on was practically frozen; we had to soak it in a combination of paint stripper and brake cleaner for about 10 minutes to get the bolt free from the caliper mount. His pads were uneven like a pyramid and I remember he was talking about some weird rubbing noise as well. Aside from the usual brake pad check, you might also want to check if the caliper itself can slide freely side-to-side.
