Cusco vs. Tein camber plates

Cusco vs. Tein camber plates

Has anyone had experience with both the Cusco and Tein front camber plates? I am trying to find out which one allows for more suspension travel in the front. I found through some research that the Tein camber plates add 16mm of travel over the OEM upper mounts.
