Differences between z32 and r32 brakes?

you don't need any of that. all you need to put the Z32/GTS brake on a 240sx is:

1) Rotors from the Z32/GTS
2) brake lines that have the Z32 fitting for the calipers and the fitting for the 240sx. check out SPL for these.
3) brake pads for the calipers
4) calipers
5) two bolts that connect the calipers to the 240sx spindle, if it didn't come with them.

there you go. nothing else. if you are doing a 5 lug conversion that is something different. but you don't need all that other stuff you said.

yeah i am not a expert on the 5 lug thing cuz my car already has 5 lugs...search around a few forums many have written about that.
