E-brake half works...

My ebrake only works on the driver side... I think its the cable because i looked at the caliper and nothing appears to be wrong with it. I was just wondering if there was something i could adjust before i start ripping parts off my car looking for the problem.

How do you know it's only the driver side that's working? Watch the calipers while somebody pulls the handle...you should see both sides pull forward and compress the spring. Obviously also neither wheel should turn when it's applied. If you don't see one side pull the lever on the caliper, get a long screwdriver and try to move the lever with that. If it moves when you do that, you know it's a binding or frozen cable and not the caliper. If you can't move the lever on the caliper with a long screwdriver, you know the caliper is bad...if that's the case spray some pb blaster on it let it sit for a while, spray some more and try the screwdriver again to free it up.

PS: Motley crue is my favorite band
