help!!!!!!! Can't depress my piston on my calipers

Exclamation help!!!!!!! Can't depress my piston on my calipers

Hi guys i need help fast my pistons will not for the life of me depress i think i've tried every thing. I even bought that piston turning tool. Are they seized? they move very slowly but it's way too much pressure needed turn them. Should i detach the brake lines? Help!! Damn crappy stock calipers!!!

nah should i try that i thought u are suppose to just push and turn the pistons

If it's to hard to push the piston in, try opening the brake MC and see how hard it is. If it's still hard, you might have a seized piston

are you doin front or rear? and does it have a cross on the top of the piston head? if so ur suppose to screw it in

If it's the rear make sure your e-brake is off, happens all of the time. Also the rears you have to turn to compress.

Yea im doing the rear the i bought the turning tool. I opened the master cylinder still no luck i took off the bleeder screws still no luck im almost sure it's siezed up. Does anybody know who sells remanufactured ones for cheap? O and by the way both of them are seized up i think.

hey open the bleed valve and push it in i had same problem with my celica but that went in reall ez when i opened it make sure to take air out when closing hope it helps worked for me =\

yup, when i first did mine i thought you pushed it. I use needle nose plyers to screw the piston down. Remember "Righty tighty, Lefty loosey."
