Pushing piston in, HELP!

Pushing piston in, HELP!

Im doing my rear brakes but i cant put the piston in to put in the pads. is there something i need to do besides take off the resouvor cap?

yea..they dont push in.. you gotta spin them in.. thats the only way itll go back

Did you get it? All you have to do is put a C clamp on the piston, and take a channel wrench and grab the groves and spin it to the right.

Yeah, i got it...i didn't even have to use the C-clamp.

nissan actually makes a tool to spin them, but whatever works, works.

You can pick up a brake cube at any auto parts store for a couple of bucks... It works with a 3/8 inch ratchet and extension, and makes it very easy to screw the pistons back in.
